In an unprecedented degree of ''abuse of power'' judges decreed themselves absolutely immune from civil suit when they are "acting maliciously and corruptly." In 1996 the 104th Congress passed the Federal Courts Improvement Act amending the Civil Rights statute to give further immunities to malicious and corrupt judges.

In these times of Federal and State takeaways from the working class and giveaways to non-working class, you have to ask yourself what is the incentive to work? If you work they take away your earnings as taxes while if you do nothing they will reward you with welfare or some other giveaway checks. Now it doesn''t take a rocket scientist to figure out what is wrong with that picture. Of course nobody ever accused the politicians and office holders of being anywhere near a rocket scientist in the field of smarts or common sense !

Judicial Immunity
I find it kind of strange that honest citizens never ask for immunity or even think about it while criminals all seek it and Judges think they all need it and have it. Guess you could surmise that if you gave an honest citizen immunity he would in all probability convert to a criminal lifestyle as he or she would have complete impunity. Give an honest Judge immunity what does he or she convert to? Another possibility is give the honest citizens immunity that are fed up with corrupt Judges that have immunity and see what happens. Seems to say a whole lot for our Judicial System and their immunity doesn't it?

A former Michigan Friend of the Court employee has taken the time to expose some of the bullshit that is happening in Michigan''s Family Court system. Not only does she expose the conflict of interest of the courts making money from your children, but she discusses her book: Friend of the Court Enemy of the Family. Thanks goes out to Carol Rhodes and Robert Pedersen for exposing a ton of bullshit that is happening in Michigan''s Family Court system!
Title IV-D Programs and Related matters are funded through the Federal Social Security Act and apparently cause alot of bullshit to occur in Michigan and other states by paying the courts for each child support order and non-custodial parent that they create to the demise of one parent. It''s a hell of a burden on our taxpayers because it really is a free for all welfare spending program according to various scholars throughout the country.
Write your legislature and elected county, state, and federal officials and let them know you are tired of the bullshit!
